Prequalification Contractor List

If you are a new or existing customer seeking a contractor to install or repair a Street Sewer Lateral, the following list are contractors who have been qualified to perform sewer connections to District sewer lines.

Waste Discharge Application 

If you are a new customer seeking to discharge wastewater to the CVWD Sanitation System, complete the Waste Discharge Application. Send signed form to DevelopmentServices@cvwd.org with a set of plans.

Cooling Towers

CVWD Code 4.05.350B regulates discharges from cooling towers.  If you have, or are planning to install a cooling tower, complete a Cooling Tower Discharge Permit Application. Send signed form to DevelopmentServices@cvwd.org with a set of plans.

Grease Interceptor

If you are a restaurant or other business requiring installation of an interceptor or waiver, complete the Application for Wastewater Source Control Plan Approval Form. Send the signed form to DevelopmentServices@cvwd.org with a set of plans.
