Laboratory Analytical Services
Analytical services are available for the following community members:
- State Small Systems regulated by the Riverside County Department of Environmental Health (DEH)
- Small Systems regulated by Federal EPA
- Mobile Food vendors regulated by Riverside County DEH
- Private well owners
CVWD is open for water quality sample drop-offs on Tuesdays between 8:30 and 11:30 a.m. (excluding holidays). Sample bottles can be picked up during normal laboratory business hours (Monday-Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Fridays 8:00 am to 3:00 pm).
For assistance, customers can walk up to the Customer Service Window in the main lobby of the Palm Desert facility located at 75-525 Hovley Lane East.
The standard turnaround time (TAT) for final report of results is 30 calendar days.
