Customer Service for canal water orders is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Orders for Monday canal water deliveries should be placed by telephone no later than 4:00 p.m. Saturday, or through our online ordering system by 11:00 a.m. Sunday.
Our online ordering system is available 24 hours a day. All water orders must be placed with CVWD prior to 4:00 p.m. the business day before the water order is to become effective. Each order or change made after 4:00 p.m. for the next day’s delivery will incur an unscheduled charge of $70.40.
