The Board of Directors establishes policy and represents the ratepayers. The Board of Directors typically meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 8:00 a.m. at District offices. The public is invited to attend these meetings to gain more information about the Water District. The first monthly meeting is held at the Palm Desert office, and the second monthly meeting is held at the Coachella office. Exceptions to this schedule may occur. Meeting agendas are posted online three business days before a meeting and include the time and location.

Board meetings are broadcast live on the District’s website at http://cvwd.org/151/Board-Agendas  and on the District's YouTube channel.
