Coachella Valley Water District's (CVWD) Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020 has received a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA).
CVWD has received GFOA awards for the past eight years beginning fiscal year ending June 30, 2012.

The report is available for review at CVWD's website, www.cvwd.org/FinanceInfo. Printed copies are also available for review at the district's Steve Robbins Administration Building in Palm Desert.
The GFOA uses an independent panel to examine the financial documents of award candidates. Members include those who prepare financial statements, independent auditors, academics and other finance professionals
The GFOA is a nonprofit professional association with more than 20,000 government finance professionals as members throughout North America, including representatives from CVWD.
